Carter graduated from Sacramento State University in 2023, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Carter began his Baird journey as an intern in 2016 as Branch Receptionist, giving him experience in client communication and hospitality. He joined The Persily Group, completed the Financial Advisor Training Program at Baird, and became fully licensed in 2025.
