Committed to the Community.
Baird has a long tradition of giving back to the communities where our associates live and work.
Our team is committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work by volunteering our time and using our resources. Our ongoing commitment to building relationships in the community and empowering associates to get involved is central to our culture at Baird and our team.
We've engaged with several outstanding organizations, some of which are listed below.

Youth are able to decide their own level of involvement.
Dogs4Diabetics

As the first and a leader in developing Medical-Alert Service Dogs, D4D maintains ethical and industry-leading standards for our innovative scent-trained dogs, who can detect changes in blood sugar 20-30 minutes before the newest technology. To truly serve our community, D4D trains dogs, unites them with clients, and supports these teams for life, at no cost.
Baird Gives Back
Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to serve local community organizations that are in need of help.
